Definisi
•          Radang kulit akut ditandai lesi khas vesikel berkelompok di atas dasar kulit eritematus, sepanjang persarafan sensorik sesuai dematom; Unilateral
Etiologi
•          Virus Varisela-Zoster
•          Penularan secara aerogen
Patogenesis
3 teori ::
1. Reinfeksi : imunitas ↓
2. Reaktivasi: virus laten g Tumor/ TBC
3. Infeksi langsung g dermatom

Klinis
•          Prodromal 3 – 5 hari, lesu ; subfebril
•          Hiperestesi, panas & nyeri tusuk-tusuk g dermatom
•          Efl. eritema + papel à 7 hari à vesikel berkelompok menjadi
•          Sp bula      pecah                  Erosi
                                                      Ulkus
•          K.G.B biasanya membesar
•          Predileksi :
–        Muka & badan
–        Unilateral
–        Kadang bilateral g Herpes Zoster Aberantes
•          KHAS !!!!
      Lesi dalam 1 dermatom = POLIMORF
      Lesi dalam 1 kelompok  = MONOMORF

Bentuk Klinis
•          H.Z. Varicelliformis : H.Z + varisela = H.Z. Generalisata / Diseminata
•          H.Z. Haemorhagic
–        Orang tua + keadaan umum jelek
–        Penyakit kronis (leukemia, limfoma)
•          H.Z. Thoracalis : TERSERING
•          N. Trigeminus :
•          H.Z. Opthalmicus à MRS
•          H.Z. Maxillaris
•          H.Z. Mandibularis
•          N. Facialis
•          C2 ; L2
Ganglion Geniculatum (N.VII)
•          H.Z. Oticus = RAMSAY HUNT Syndr.
•          Antara lain:                  
q  Vesikel liang telinga luar & palatum    post & uvula
q  Paralisis N. VII (sensoris)
q  Lagofthalmus
q  Tinitus, vertigo, pendengaran ↓
Diagnosis
      Gambaran klinis khas g mudah
Diagnosis Diferensial
–        Dermatitis kontak
–        Herpes simpleks zosteriformis
Laboratorium
–        TZANCK test Å: kerokan dasar vesikel + giemza g sel datia berinti banyak
Therapy
§  Umum : istirahat, simtomatis, cegah infeksi sekunder, obat anti virus
§  Lokal : Salicyl talc, Zalf antibiotik, Desinfektan
Prognosis
•          Baik ;
•          Orang tua lemah g V

Hi again... Semakin lama jadi seorang ibu semakin jarang dimuka laptop dan utak atik blog ini... ternyata jadi seorang ibu rumah tangga, seorang mama, seorang dokter ugd itu sibuk banget yaaa... but really i enjoy this situation. Saya bersyukur banget bisa menyelesaikan ASI sampai 2 tahun tanpa susu formula. Dan itu adalah suatu prestasi buat saya dan anak saya. Well, well, well... Welcome back for me yang udah hampir 3 tahun gak ngisi blog. Blogging emang asik banget tapi lebih seru parenting kayaknya hehehe... Parenting itu.. hmmm.. gimana yaaa... it's a challenge, a moment to prove myself, and a bless from GOD. Happy, sad, tired, proud, learning, sacrifice, fun, and so on... I have a little bit time for myself, taking care of myself, but I was so proud because my time is for little guy who bring joy to my life. German Shepherd Description The German Shepherd Dog is well proportioned and very strong. The GSD has a sturdy, muscular, slightly elongated body with a light, solid bone structure.
